DELIVERY

Information: Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is depleted by the time you order it, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order, using the original payment method.

Places of delivery: Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.

Delivery time: Delivery times are only indicative. An approximate delivery time will be provided to you when you place your order, if this has been correctly indicated by our supplier. Delivery times are only estimated and are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of the order. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We will spare no effort to ensure that your product is delivered as soon as possible, normally within 10 working days following the date of shipment of your order and depending on the country of dispatch (France / Europe / Rest of the World). Working days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.The delivery date may vary depending on the Company’s shipping practices, location of shipment and delivery, method of delivery and items ordered. If the delivery exceeds 2 months from the dispatch, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. The company ALien Walk can provide the buyer with the tracking number of his parcel by e-mail, if it exists. If the buyer is absent, he will receive a notice from his delivery person, which allows him to collect the products ordered at the post office, or any other nearest drop-off point, during a period indicated by the delivery man. The risks related to transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the articles leave the premises of the sender.The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

The company Alien Walk will in no way be responsible for delivery times because it does not directly manage stock, due to being a dropshipping service. The suppliers set the shipping date. Suppliers are located in mainland France and the rest of the world, delivery times can therefore vary greatly.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs or shipping costs are included in the price of the products. The buyer will not have any additional costs compared to the price displayed on the products in the basket. Unless customs fees are applicable upon receipt of the package. If this is the case, these customs charges may be reimbursed to you by us. You will be asked to send us proof of payment of these costs by mail or e-mail.
